Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking with Kullu Adventure.

  • Cancellation before 48 hours of the adventure date: Refund 100% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation made between 48 hours 24 hours of the adventure date: If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so before 48 hours of the adventure date. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
  • No Refund for Cancellations within 24 hours of the adventure date: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the adventure date. This includes last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Booking Amendments

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as altering the date or package, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled adventure to discuss any amendments.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking process.

Exceptions

In certain cases, exceptions to our refund and cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of Kullu Adventure management. This may include extenuating circumstances such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies. Please contact us directly if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

Important Information

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any adventure activities.
  • Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers adventure activities and includes provisions for emergency evacuation and medical treatment.
